Stress is not all bad, and it’s not all there is. We stress because we care. We’re not going to talk about reducing your stress; we’re going to focus on navigating stress in a more grounded, spacious, skillful way.

What if you could support yourself rather than fight against yourself through life? Your voice is the only one you’ll hear every single day, and you get to write the words.

Boundary-setting

Equanimity is that steady, aspirational state where we remember other peoples’ lives are theirs and yours is yours. We’ll work to untangle from others and maintain an open heart from behind however thick a boundary is appropriate.

Triggers show us what matters to us. Whether a romantic relationship, familial, parental, social, or professional, we get riled up when we really care. Together we’ll explore the values that carry so much charge, practicing communication in a way that centers what’s really important.

Life transitions (jobs, homes, families)

No longer this, not yet that… the in between can be an uncomfortable place. It can also be a potent place for releasing what is complete and getting intentional about what’s coming.

Mindfulness and meditation in daily life

This is a practice of showing up to more moments of our life with less judgment and more curiosity, less criticism and more neutrality. Meditation can look a lot of different ways; we will explore what works for you when it comes to strengthening your presence in life.
